Consulting one’s grades after an exam session at the University Paris-Panthéon-Assas requires navigating through several interfaces: the ENT accessible via ent.u-paris2.fr, the mobile app Mon Assas, and the institutional page dedicated to official transcripts. These three channels do not provide the same documents, do not follow the same schedule, and do not meet the same administrative needs. Understanding their differences helps avoid unnecessary back-and-forth during the publication period.
ENT Assas, Mon Assas app, and institutional page: three channels, three uses
| Channel | Type of document | Access | Availability delay |
|---|---|---|---|
| ENT (ent.u-paris2.fr) | Semester results by subject | Browser, full email ID | Publication by the jury, variable depending on the program |
| Mon Assas App | Exam grades (quick consultation) | iOS / Android, same credentials | Simultaneous to ENT since full service restoration |
| Institutional page (assas-universite.fr) | Official transcript, diploma duplicate | Browser, Training section | After final validation of results by the administration |
The key distinction lies between raw results and the official transcript. The former appears on the ENT and the app as soon as the jury has deliberated. The latter, which holds administrative value for an application or further studies, is processed through the institutional page and may sometimes require additional time.
To quickly find your Assas results and transcript, you need to target the right channel depending on what you are looking for: a raw grade or an official document.

ENT Assas authentication issues: administrative and technical causes
The majority of students who cannot access their grades encounter an authentication problem, not a publication issue. Two causes consistently arise.
Obsolete ID after email migration
The migration of the student email system for enrolled students 2025/2026 has removed the old domain etudiant.u-paris2.fr. Accounts that relied on this address no longer function. The ENT ID now corresponds to the full email address assigned after the migration. A simple password change is not sufficient if the address itself has changed: access must be recovered through the university’s help center.
Deactivation related to administrative status
A deactivated account for administrative reasons cannot be reactivated by a password reset. Unpaid registration fees, missing documents in the file, ongoing regularization: as long as the administration has not validated the situation, access to grades remains blocked. The process involves contacting the registration service to identify the missing document or payment, then waiting for the account to be reactivated.
To expedite the processing of a ticket with digital support, the university recommends providing:
- The student number, which allows support to immediately identify the file without further exchange
- The browser used and its version, as some display issues stem from incompatibilities with older versions
- The exact error message accompanied by a screenshot, which avoids requests for clarification and reduces response time
Mon Assas App: mobile consultation of exam grades
Since early 2024, the Mon Assas app has become fully operational again for consulting results. It is now considered by the university as a full access point, on par with email, Teams, and OneDrive. The malfunctions reported in previous years have been resolved.
A post from the official Instagram account of Panthéon-Assas, dated February 2024, confirmed that first semester results were directly accessible via the app. This communication marks an explicit shift: the app is no longer a secondary channel, but a recommended access point for quick consultation.
The credentials are the same as for the ENT. If the connection fails on the app, the issue is the same as described above: obsolete ID or unresolved administrative status.
Publication schedule for Assas results: bachelor’s and master’s
The publication rhythm differs depending on the level of study and the session concerned.
In the bachelor’s program, the year is organized around three exam periods. The first session covers December-January for the first semester and April-May for the second. The resit session takes place in July. Results are published after the jury’s deliberation, without individual paper notifications. Bachelor’s students can consult their personalized calendar via the CELCAT platform.
In the master’s program, exams follow the same semester breakdown (December-January then April-May), but there is no resit session in the master’s program. Results are therefore final from the first publication.
However, the official transcript, which has administrative value for an application, may appear with a delay compared to the raw results. This document is hosted on the institutional page of the site assas-universite.fr, in the section dedicated to transcripts and diplomas.

Official Assas transcript: access and administrative value
The official transcript and the semester results visible on the ENT are not the same document. The official transcript bears a stamp from the administration and constitutes the acceptable document in a master’s application, an Erasmus exchange, or a request for equivalence.
Students enrolled for the current year access this transcript via their space on the institutional site. Former students have a separate procedure, detailed on the same page, which also covers diploma duplicates in case of loss or destruction.
- The official transcript only appears after final validation by the administration, not immediately after the jury’s deliberation
- If the transcript does not display while the raw results are already online, administrative validation is likely still in progress
- For bachelor’s or master’s diplomas from the previous year, the request is made via the dedicated section of the site assas-universite.fr
The distinction between raw results and the official transcript remains the most frequent source of confusion. A student who sees their grades on the ENT but cannot find their transcript has not lost a document: the official transcript follows a distinct and slower validation process. Checking the institutional page a few days after the publication of grades on the ENT is sufficient in most cases.
